What is a Home Inspection?
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (as delineated below), performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by Industry Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
1. The general home inspection is based on the observations made on the date of the inspection, and not a prediction of future conditions.
2. The general home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the date of the inspection.

Thank you Eric for your prompt service and detailed reporting. I have comfort knowing that our "new" but slightly worn house is ready to be our "home".
Your Home, Your Family, Your Trust, My Promise...
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until your inspection appointment--after you've hired me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. One thing that's certain is that a home inspection requires a great deal of hard work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's effort. By entrusting me with your home, I promise to deliver with integrity and professionalism.
